Remember to protest your property tax assessment – May 17th cut off.

Reminder May 17th or 30 days after the notice is the last day to file a protest. So get in there and file a protest to get the process started

I accepted the isettle offer they gave me. I presented no evidence and they lowered their market and appraised value just under 5%. To me this really speaks to the level of BS they use when hitting you up for the 10% increase year of year.

Could I have gotten more? Perhaps. Would it have cost me either time or some cut to another company? for sure.
