Remember old school bars?

A buddy of mine who I grew up who I haven't seen in awhile wants to get together and find a bar to drink. We are not old. Looking for one of those old school bars in the Montrose or Heights area. The ones where the bartender has actual time to exchange in conversation, versus the ones that are just spending most of time taking orders. A neighborhood bar with regulars where people are down to earth, drinking and friendly. Those bars you remember from the old days, the all for nothing days. Where no one is so easily offended by the slightest thing being said. But also not a bar with nothing but older people.
