Relocating to Houston. Any suggestions/tips/opinions on these apartment complexes?

I am moving to Houston from Philly for a new job. I have a list of apartments that I plan on seeing soon but I would love to get some insight.

The Exchange- new building located at 1250 Leona Street. I haven’t been able to find much info about this neighborhood. Stonewood Lincoln Heights City Park in the Heights Plaza Museum District Midtown Grove Midtown Arbor
