Relocating to Houston a good move?

28f in the transportation/logistics industry looking to relocate to Houston. I’m pretty social, I like to go out and have fun, try new things, I’m pretty active so like active activities, a foodie, love art and exploring new things. I lived in TN for 10 years and loved it for the most part. Moved back to Southern California last summer to try it out as an adult and absolutely hate it. Other than weather, I am not a fan. I have been going back and forth between moving back to Nashville or moving to Houston (Dallas was also an option but not sure still). I’ve heard great things about Houston, and love it’s diverse (from what I’ve researched). I’ve also heard some not so great things like Traffic being horrid. I just wanted to hear some input/opinions from people who have moved to Houston or live there but have lived somewhere else the pros and cons of living there?
