Relocating to Houston

24M I’m moving to Houston in March from Charleston SC and am looking for places to stay. I’ll be working hybrid in Pearland but have been thinking about living around midtown area since I will be leaving the city when I commute. I’m pretty active and love art/food so I feel like inner loop may be a better vibe. Any thoughts/opinions on this? I’ve only been once when I was younger but am seeing a lot about how shitty traffic is. Not sure if this would be as bad for me since I’d town outside the city.
