relocating and hearing mixed reviews about Atascocita and the heights. help

These are the things I am concerned about:

The heights: is it overrated? Where do people who live in the area park when their cars do not fit in their garage? Is it easy to find parking near your home?

Atascocita: Is this area up and coming and developing? How is business in the area? (my SO works in commercial banking so this is really important for us to know if anyone knows) I know the area inside the belt can be pretty sketchy. also, can you smell the landfill?
