Relatively speaking, how bad is the crime in the Meyerland/Maplewood/Westbury section of Houston?

Knob Hill area has a lot going on apparently. Area seems both quiet and at the same time active with murders, police chases, assaults etc. much like the rest of Houston

Would you say this area is above average or about on par with the rest of Houston?
