Rehearsal dinner recommendations in town

I’ve got a rehearsal dinner to book the beg of August. I’m looking for somewhere that is local, casual, and won’t break the bank. Doesn’t need to be sit down. We will probably have about 30 people. I would love it if there was a way to pay for dinner and then do some sort of ticket system where I can prepurchase X drinks and then once your tickets run out, your on your own tab. Would love bbq or el Tiempo, but think that may be out of my price range. Would love to stay roughly under $1000, which would be about $35/person.
