Regal Edwards Greenway: worst theatre?

few things could be said about the low quality of this theatre: – paid parking garage (if street is full) – nasty, dirty, smelly seats (uncleaned for god knows how long since)

and yet most newer (and earliest showings) of upcoming movies are held here, out of all places, 🥴 missing Sundance in downtown (which is now also ruined by AMC). and the IMAX screen in MarqE (hoping they’ll open soon, it’s my fav IMAX screen tbh).

what do y’all think about theatre options in houston? what’s your favorite, decent movie theater in town?
