Redesigned Telephone Road segment gets green light from board, despite pushback

Whitmire strikes again! A street redesign that was already agreed to by the city and community is now being halted and delayed because of Whitmire's agenda. And it's going to cost $500,000 to complete the redesign proposal. And yet the city is in a dire financial situation where we have to be mindful of how we spend money. None of it makes sense.
