Red Oak – Houston Area

I am looking for a place to purchase a small Shumard Red Oak. (https://www.arborday.org/trees/treeguide/TreeDetail.cfm?ItemID=882)

Garden Centers only seem to have Live Oaks. Anyone have any insight where I can get one?
