Recycling bins near 77025?

We live in an apartment complex near the medical center and it is very disappointing that our apartment complex does not offer a recycling option. I'm trying to find a recycling bin near the medical center where I can drop off our recycling. Looks like the nearest recycling center is almost 20 minutes away from us. Any suggestions?
