Recs from Central Market

I have been to Central Market an handful of times and I'm always blindsided and (possibly overwhelmed???) by their variety of goods and items. Does anyone have any suggestions of things to try or go to items when you go for a store run? I'm avid home cook who likes to try new things. I normally do alot Asian cooking, but I'm trying to branch out in other cusines. I'm not that picky of an eater. Any recommendations would be great when I make plans to go there. Thanks!
