Recommended tax professional?

I’ll be leaving this month for a travel healthcare contract. I definitely need assistance establishing a “tax home,” to assure any stipends received are untaxed, and I’m on the IRS’ good side. Any recommended tax professionals? Preferably near the Galleria, but I’m open to driving
