Recommended dog training programs for alief area??

Is there any affordable dog training programs you guys recommend for behavioral issues or training in general in the alief area? My chocolate lab barks at other dogs when we walk around my apartment complex and other times they’ll bark at him and he freaks out. I just need some advice and I know some might say it would be better to do it by myself and believe me I’ve tried. He just won’t listen so any advice would really be appreciated.
