Recommendations on a local private detective?

Hello! I'll try to keep this short. My brother-in-law went missing in north Houston in June of this year under strange circumstances, and the detective on the case has reached a dead end.

We'd like to hire a private investigator to see if anything else can be uncovered, but we don't live in the area and I'd like to make sure we hire someone who actually knows Houston and is willing to do the work. I know HPD's missing persons unit is swamped and it feels like they've given up. Does anyone have any solid recs for a PI? Thanks in advance for any help y'all can provide!
