Recommendations for solo 21st birthday?

Hello! My 21st birthday is this weekend and I’m trying to figure out how to celebrate. I live inside the loop. I moved to Houston recently and don’t know many people here, so I’ll probably hangout on my own. I’m not planning on doing anything crazy, but I’d like to go to a nice restaurant and maybe a bar. I checked out older posts for ideas, most were before COVID/groups of people. Any advice for where to go is so appreciated, thanks in advance!
