Recommendations for smaller companies or individuals to assist in a small clean-up (in Near-Town/Montrose).

Hey, can't sleep. Between the Derecho and Beryl and Depression I have a minor pile of garbage bags, I think 8 bags and empty Amazon boxes. I just can't for the life of me do it alone. I'm wondering if anyone recommends a company that won't pull up in a huge HOARDERS van at my condo. We have the dumpsters. I shamefully don't have the will to start alone. I believe with 2 people it could be done in 45 minutes. 3 people in 30 minutes. Then I could easily clean every to pre-storm status. TIA
