Recommendations for restaurants with good salmon

A friend is in town and loves nicely cooked wild Alaskan salmon.. any restaurant recommendations that serve it well (doesn’t have to be a seafood restaurant)?

Unfortunately I don’t like seafood much hence here looking for recommendations. Thank you.
