Recommendations for oil and gas companies for office workers? (Accounting, etc).

I'm a Houston native most of my life but never actually worked in the oil and gas industry (just circumstance). My background is in accounting and have had some big 4 experience. I noticed that the supermajors tend to hire either intern or high level executive jobs, maybe some senior managers but it's harder to find jobs that are for experienced hires. (2-5 years of experience)

At the same time, the supermajors seem like they might not have the best culture. I have had friends that worked at Targa and Kinder Morgan and they seemed decent. Any other suggestions? I have heard that working for like Halliburton was bad for example.
