Recommendations for Low Commission Realtors in Houston?

Hi everyone,
I’m planning to sell my house in the near future and I’m searching for a realtor that offers lower commissions. I’m trying to keep more of the sale proceeds while still getting excellent service, so I’m hoping to find an agent or brokerage that doesn’t compromise too much on quality but offers reduced fees.
