Recommendations for Home Inspections on a new home build?

So we are having a new home built for us and we are looking to get a 3 phase inspection. I’ve narrowed it down to these 3 companies, and was hoping to hear some feedback from y’all if anyone has ever used them:

• CE Schultz Home Inspection (cesinspect.com)

• Fox Inspection Group

• Houston Inspections

Or is there another company you have used and would recommend?
