Recommendations for fast and fun go kart tracks

I grew up going to track 21 and always loved how fast the carts go and it really comes down to your handling and skills to see how fast you can go. Recently track 21 closed so was wondering if anyone knew of a similar go kart tracks that allow you to go fast and don’t punish you for slower people in front of you not letting you pass. I tried Andretti go kart track the other day and thought it was awful. They control the speed of your car and don’t help you pass slower people who are hogging the whole track.
