Recommendations for a special dinner

My husband’s birthday is coming up and I’d like to find a cool restaurant in Houston to go for dinner. The catch is that he is picky. A nice steakhouse with a cool, unique atmosphere would be perfect. But not a seafood spot. Any ideas?
