Recommendations for a place to get wisdom teeth removed without insurance?

I got my bottom 2 teeth pulled about 6 years ago without insurance and had such a traumatic experience (was still awake, could feel the doctor hammering and cracking my tooth) so I’ve put off getting my top ones removed.

They’ve now gotten to the point where they give me daily discomfort and occasional infections so unfortunately I need to get them pulled as well.

I would prefer a place that puts you to sleep 100%, and hopefully offers some sort of payment plan; however I am not opposed to paying it all up front. Thanks for any and all suggestions, just really trying to avoid a ‘bootleg’ office like I seemed to have used last time.
