Recommendations for a low cost vet?

A stray cat I’m feeding showed up limping today with a swollen front paw:/ I’m in the heights area but can travel anywhere in/near Houston. I want to pay to get him neutered and his paw checked out but can’t afford GCVS prices.

Does anyone know of a resource that can help strays with medical care? Or know of a reduced cost program/ low cost clinic? Thank you for your time.
