Recommendations for a lawyer who knows about tree laws

Neighbor cut down a few trees on my property and lied to the police about it claiming he owned the property. I'm looking for a lawyer who specializes in tree law or familiar with it. I have the guy on camera lying to police about the property line if that makes a difference.
