Recommendations for a Hematologist

Can anyone recommend a good Hematologist in the Houston area, particularly one willing to work with a patient who has rare condition?

My mom was recently diagnosed (by elimination at the Mayo Clinic) with Clarkson’s Disease aka Systemic Capillary Leak Syndrome. The first Hematologist she saw said that they were unable to treat her and the second just cancelled her upcoming appointment for apparently the same reason. This is incredibly frustrating – not really sure where to turn at this point. Any advice or leads would be greatly appreciated.
