Recommendations for a contract review lawyer.

Does anyone recommend a good contract review lawyer? Need to review 2 contracts and find a way to get out with minimal financial impact!

PS: not for me but for a non profit I volunteer with who is bleeding money through these horrendously written one sided contracts.
