Recommendations!

Wife and I (27M & 26F) are visiting Houston for the first time this weekend and are staying downtown.I was wondering if anyone could suggest the following:

• Lunch spot, maybe a nice outdoor patio?
• Upscale dinner spot, steak and salmon!
• One thing we must see or do?
• Sports bar to watch some football on Sunday.
