Recommendation to get a perm and haircut

I’ll be traveling to Houston in about 2 weeks. Does anyone have a recommended hairstylist that cuts hair pretty well and can do perms? I’m looking for someone who specializes in Asian hair. Also preferably around Mission Bend since I’ll mainly be in that area, but nothing too far from there is ideal.
