Recommendation on getting married on a Sunday?

A friend of mine is trying to have a simple ceremony/married on a Sunday, but she quite doesn’t know where to get “married” since her plan was to get married in the court house but they close on Sunday so now she’s kind of freaking out? I’m hoping you guys can help with information. Note: she was suppose to get married last year but covid ruin that and she just wants to have a simple thing with her SO of 9 years >.>
