Recommendation of movers for 1bedroom apartment?

I'm moving from 1 bedroom apt to anogher 1 bedroom apartment 15min away. I just need help with a few big items like full size bed frame, TV stand, dining table, etc. The rest I'm gonna pack and move myself. I was looking on the uhaul website and the quoted rate was $60 and hr for two hours. Does anyone know if the movers on uhaul will bring their own vehicle or would I need to rent a uhaul van as well? And they'll just help load and unload?

Or any other movers that you recommend?
