Recommendation: Best local clothing donation?

I'm moving out of my apt and doing a huge closet cleanout. Much of it is business-esque button downs and dress shirts. Is there a particularly local organization that specializes in helping people get back on their feet and prepare for job interviews etc? Would like to donate local. I know Salvation Army, but just wanted to explore other options and see if any of my fellow redditors had suggestions. Thanks!
