Recent Opinions on Hermann Park Lofts?

I recently applied to rent an apartment at Hermann Park Lofts. I really like the area (right by the park, HEB is near by, and it's a 15 minute commute from my work). It's also a really great price for the area ($1850 for a 2bed/2bath). I don't know how I missed this, but there are some pretty bad reviews on YELP saying that the management sucks, the elevators never work, and that no one should ever rent from there.

Some of them are recent, some of them are old. I'm looking for more recent opinions since people love to apartment bomb as I'm kind of freaking out. I don't mind eating the application fee and pivoting if the consensus is that this place will be very bad news.
