Rec for an endo that will actually help/listen

Long story short as possible: I’m struggling badly with my hormones (F32). I’ve always been very in tune with my emotions. This is why I know some s**t is wrong. I lived 30 years with no issues in this department. Now randomly, i never don’t have my period. I go through the cycle twice a month. Emotionally and physically. It’s been a year and the only solution I’ve been presented with is BC. So i tried it. It’s been 7 months and I’m actually worse than before. I’m a different woman, i don’t recognize myself in my mind at all. So obviously something is wrong and it’s hormonal.

The problem is my labs come back .5 ish away from the standard deviation of normal (on the high side). So there’s something fucking wrong but not according to parameters. I relate to every single symptom of PCOS and hormonal imbalance. But just hair away from being considered abnormal. At what point will they just let me try metformin to see what happens?! I’m not asking for oxy or dilaudid. Why is this issue so hard to get help for?

I need someone with an amazing endo who listens. Or someone who has experienced this. I’m dismissed by every specialist i see, and i am VERY descriptive to all of them about everything in this post. They all say the same. Use BC…. But it’s not fucking working.

Someone please lead me in the right direction. I haven’t lost hope yet but I’m close.
