Reasonably priced apartments near Energy Corridor?

I'm about to make $5k+ per month and looking for apartments.

Don't think I need to spend the $1600 per month rent (3x multiplier rule) but I also don't know the minimum to spend.

I just know I want to be in Energy Corridor and the management should be good (lol)

Single, no kids and don't think I plan on changing that. Don't really go out much besides eating out maybe once a week.
