Rear ended on I-10 near 768A Exit

Hello Houston. I got rear ended by some jerk near the 768A on I-10, at around 7:50pm. He immediately left after hitting me. I was unable to get his license plate to report him. I was wondering if by chance anyone was there with a dash cam that recorded the incident? If not, can anyone identity the car that hit me? Their truck has some instagram handle on their back window. Unfortunately I was unable to get much more. I hope this isn't against any subreddit rules, but I really would like this person not to escape the consequences of their actions. Thank you.
