Realtors of Houston, do solar panels add value to your house? If so, how much?

I was quoted in the neighborhood of 30k for a 12 Watt solar system that would generate ~60%[1] of the energy my house uses[2]. The claim was that this system would increase my house's value by ~4.1% which is a number I have seen online on websites with a tie to solar in one way or another.

Do you believe this to be accurate? From non-biased people I have seen a little but of a mixed bag from "yea that sounds right" to "no, they add no value"
