Realtors – Do you know of any incentives builders are offering on the west side?

I started looking for houses on the west side recently, I work out in Fulshear. I’m looking at Cypress, Katy, and Richmond, and I realized that there is a ton of New Builds available in those areas. Do y’all know of any special incentives builders are offering out in those communities?
