Realtor suggestions? Ours seems to be too busy and we are missing out on homes

Looking for recommendations for a not super busy realtor, or a realtor you may have used that you felt was well committed to helping you find a house with timely responses and home showings. Not sure if non-super busy realtors exist, but I figured they might? We don’t need a superstar like our current realtor, just someone who has a little bit more time for us since we are on a time crunch.

Our realtor seems to be too busy to help us properly, which I get, we are very low budget compared to some of the other clients it shows our realtor is working with online who are buying and selling in the millions.

However, this would be our first home, and we are not getting to have showings in time due to realtor being unavailable or taking too long to reply/being generally unresponsive. I assumed it was normal to have to wait 3 days to see a house after asking, but, now I have been told by someone else working with real estate that we should be able to give 12-24 hour notice?

Also..we only saw our realtor once. The two other times have been a newer showing agent who appears to be so new to this profession that they know very little about things and we had a little bit of language miscommunication issues that don’t seem the best to have with a home purchase. Our realtor is intending to have the showing agent show us the next few homes we wanted to see as well, even though it is near their office. Our realtor wants us to basically work with this showing agent and communicate with that person and not the actual realtor we made the contract with. Is this normal? It feels like we barely actually have a realtor and just went to those 2 showings with an acquaintance who couldn’t answer any questions.
