Realtor Recommendation for Pearland?

My fiancé and I are 25 & first time home buyers! Apparently the best way to find a realtor is by word of mouth but none of my friends have houses/know any realtors that buy/sell in Pearland. Anyone have recommendations for someone they used that they loved? We need someone that is patient and willing to walk us through the process. We may also be interested in building so someone who is familiar with that would be great too. Thanks!
