Real Estate Agent Question

I live in South Houston and there’s a really run down rental house near me. The last tenants were horrible and trashed the place. Now it’s for sale by Martha Turner/Sotheby’s! It’s a dump! It’s not on their website yet but their asking price for other properties in this area is exorbitant! This is the hood! Wonder what’s going on.
