Rapid rehousing or any charities currently taking families with children?

Unsure if I can post this but I have to try. I have a family member that consists of a mother, a disabled grandmother, and five kids under 18 that are in an abusive situation. The waiting list is closed for HUD and they’re unfamiliar with the area and the bureaucratic nature of Houston/Katy/Harris County. Can anyone point me towards a solid lead?
