Rams fan curious about Buddy Howell

Hi Texans Fans, was wondering if you guys could give me any information about Buddy Howell. We just elevated him to our active roster because our RB3 (Jake Funk) tore his hamstring and it out for the season. I couldn't really find any highlights of him, would really appreciate if you guys could let me know his value
