Ramen Tatsuya, anyone know what’s up?

Curious what’s causing them to be closed two weeks now since the hurricane? Looked like they were open a day or so after Beryl, then lost power, haven’t come back since. Yesterday they posed they would be open and when I went they had a handwritten sign saying they’re still closed. Anyone know? Sucks because it’s literally my favorite place to eat.
