Railway Heights NextSeed Investor

Not too long ago there was a post here called What happened to Railway Heights? Related to that question is what happened to the money of so many small investors that funded Railway Heights through NextSeed (over 1.1 M raised from small investors, probably mostly Houstonian like me)? In fact, one of the most meaningful and impactful ways that an investor can garner both financial returns and social and environmental value is through investing locally. However, for what I see in the previous post "What happened to Railway Heights?" it seems that some "magic" happened (change of management??): the place is still open and someone is making money, but the current return is zero for the small investors. I just like to open this post to check if any other Houstonian is in the same boat
