Radio signal jamming around town?

I drive a ton and I’ve noticed there a few places that every time I drive by them all of my radio based items in my vehicle drops. Cell phone signal, satellite radio, CarPlay that’s wifi connected, etc all drop at the same exact time. One place in particular that’s interesting to me is 610 N at N Shepherd. It doesn’t matter the time of day or traffic or anything.

Am I imagining things or is there something interfering with things in that area?
