Raccoon invasion solution?

I live in the Richmond area and we have a whole family residing on the roof under/around the solar panels. Called local wildlife rescue and they are asking for $400 to trap and take them away. Is there a humane, cheaper solution to rehabilitate these guys preferably in one group?
