Rabies Vaccinations- Harris County Pets

For animals adopted from here, are they all vaccinated for rabies? Including the smaller ones under 7 weeks? Very dumb question (don’t yell) but asking due to a friends dog scratching me and knowing they adopted them from here about 3 years ago as a puppy. They said it’s been vaccinated but not sure how recent/is vaccinations are updated and making sure I don’t need any preventative shots (I have anxious brain)
